My game is continuing to crash when I make my way into the Dwarven Mines. I do not know what the "Tesselating block model" is, nor do I know why it is crashing

Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Possible Solutions:

OptiFine issue, seems your pack has broken connected textures. Either use a different pack or disable connected textures. (esc > options > video settings > quality and set connected textures to off)
