Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

usually it happens, when my Witherworn is spawning and going to blow the mobs

my Minecraft can somehow crash only when i just playing with Optifine LULW

you could try to reinstall forge/minecraft, but i dont know sorry

I want to say one thing

#

i was not having problems before i was playing on older versions on these mods, but when i joined to Skyblock today, i started getting Skytils fetching spam, so after when i did everything what i said before, it doesn't helped me

#

i will try to reinstall Forge, but i don't sure what it will help (and Minecraft)

Seems like only Minecraft reinstalling helped me. Forge reinstalling not fixing this problem
