Recommendations:

Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.
Update ResourcePackManager, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQZFWrrEcYM.
Update Skytils, https://github.com/Skytils/SkytilsMod/releases/, the version you have is outdated (0.2).
