Possible Solutions:

If you have ChatTriggers & Skytils, update ChatTriggers at https://github.com/ChatTriggers/ChatTriggers/releases/latest and attempt to launch again.
You may have a mod bundling an old version of Kotlin. Make sure you have the latest versions of all your mods
Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not

Recommendations:

Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.
The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE25), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
The version of Patcher you're using is outdated (1.5.1), make sure to update it at https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
Update ScrollableTooltips, https://sk1er.llc/mods/text_overflow_scroll.

SkyblockAddons chroma breaks with Patcher 1.6 due to lack of updates. This is not a Skytils problem, however it can be resolved by turning on Fix SBA Chroma in the Skytils config.
