The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE27), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
The version of Patcher you're using is outdated (1.5.1), make sure to update it at https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
Update skytils, https://github.com/Skytils/SkytilsMod/releases/, the version you have is outdated (0.3.1)
