This is most likely an issue with ChatTriggers. To fix this issue use https://github.com/ChatTriggers/ChatTriggers/releases/latest instead.

Recommendations:

MemoryFix can cause issues with the memory as well as the original feature being fixed on OptiFine's end, the mod has issues regarding spamming the log and up-scaling pack icons in some cases, instead Patcher takes continuation of its features and improves upon them, https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher.
Its recommended to use Patcher instead of NoCloseMyChat, https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher.
Update PerspectiveMod at https://inv.wtf/djperspective.
Update ToggleChat, https://no.boomy.wtf/?mod=togglechat&name=ToggleChat&version=3.0.39, the version you're using is outdated (2.1.0).
Vanilla Enhancements causes many issues with other mods as well as being abandoned, you can use https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher instead as it has most of Vanilla Enhancements' important features but with compatibility (except the bannable ones).
MouseBindFix has been superseded by Patcher, use it instead, https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher.
