Possible Solutions:

• Update to the latest version of Patcher. https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
• Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not

Recommendations:

• Update ScrollableTooltips, https://sk1er.club/mods/text_overflow_scroll, the version you have is outdated (1.3).
• LabyMod causes many issues with other mods therefore we do not support it.
