You may have a mod bundling an old version of Kotlin. Make sure you have the latest versions of all your mods

Recommendations:

Update skytils, https://github.com/Skytils/SkytilsMod/releases/, the version you have is outdated (0.3.1)

This is a quick hotfix for 1.3.1 that primarily upgrades Kotlin to 1.5.21 for compatibility with other mods, as well as updates gradle to 6.8.1.
