Possible Solutions:

  • OptiFine issue, seems your pack has broken connected textures. Either use a different pack or disable connected textures. (esc > options > video settings > quality and set connected textures to off or fast)
  • Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not

Recommendations:

  • The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE26), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
