remove foam fix
redownload optifine and don't extract it and update dsm too

I went back to the version it worked before (pre 20.1) and now that version don't work either lol

okay I found the problem

the problem is Essentials. Sk1er's mods now use Essentials too. Downgrading this mod version previous to Essentiasls only doesn't work, but downgrading this mod and sk1er's ones work perfectly
