Possible Solutions:

Powns' PotionHUD issue. You can replace it with https://github.com/isXander/EvergreenHUD/releases/ or contact the developer(s) of the mod.
Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not
Update Forge to the latest version. (2318)

Recommendations:

You can remove AutoWho as it's now useless due to hypixel changing /who to not show ratings.
Update AutoGG https://sk1er.club/mods/autogg, the version you have is extremely outdated (3.0).
Update BlockOverlay https://hypixel.net/threads/forge-1-8-9-block-overlay-v4-0-3.1417995/, the version you have is extremely outdated (v2).
Update Chattriggers https://chattriggers.com/, the version you have is extremely outdated (1.2.2).
Update OofMod https://sk1er.club/mods/refractionoof, the version you have is outdated (2.0.2).
The old animations mod that you're using is known for causing incompatibilities and being inaccurate, instead we suggest using sk1er's beta old animations mod, https://sk1er.club/beta.
The version of perspectivemod that you're using is outdated, use https://inv.wtf/djperspective instead.
Update scrollable tooltips, https://sk1er.club/mods/text_overflow_scroll, the version you have is outdated (1.2).

i updated all the mods and deleted some of them and i still keep crashing

Possible Solutions:

If using SkyblockAddons, update to the latest version
Skyblockcatia and Patcher 1.6.0 are currently incompatible. The developer of Skyblockcatia will need to update their mod to support the latest version of Patcher, and you will need to remove Skyblockcatia until then.

Recommendations:

You can remove AutoWho as it's now useless due to hypixel changing /who to not show ratings.
The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE28.3), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
PlayerAPI is unneeded since developers can use AccessTransformers instead, unless you have the outdated ToggleSneak then pretty much no other mods use this useless api.
The version of perspectivemod that you're using is outdated, use https://inv.wtf/djperspective instead.
Skyblockcatia is known to cause some issues. Try removing it and seeing if any issue(s) are resolved. If this fixes it, please take it up with the developers of the mod.
