mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft

Possible Solutions:

OptiFine issue, seems your pack has broken connected textures. Either use a different pack or disable connected textures. (esc > options > video settings > quality and set connected textures to off or fast)
Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not

Recommendations:

The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE27), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.

ok i think i fixed it if it happens again i'll change texture packs and i it happens again i'll report it again
