Possible Solutions:

This is an issue with Skyblockcatia, you will need to update/remove it to resolve the issue
Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not

Recommendations:

Skyblockcatia is known to cause some issues. Try removing it and seeing if any issue(s) are resolved. If this fixes it, please take it up with the developers of the mod.
