FoamFix is known to cause crashes. Removing it may fix any issues you're having.
The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE26), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
The version of perspectivemod that you're using is outdated, use https://inv.wtf/djperspective instead.
Update TimeChanger, https://hypixel.net/threads/forge-1-8-9-timechanger-2-2-1-an-improved-timechanger-mod.3574261/ , the version you have is extremely outdated (1.0).

either remove all essential mods that you are using rn or update all your modcore mods to the essential ones
