Skytils issue update to the latest version (PRE19.1), You can download it from this link https://github.com/Skytils/SkytilsMod/releases/tag/v1.0-pre19
Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not

Recommendations:

The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE28.3), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
