The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE26), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
Skyblockcatia is known to cause some issues. Try removing it and seeing if any issue(s) are resolved. If this fixes it, please take it up with the developers of the mod.

BetterFps is known for breaking the game (as it probably has in this crash) and may cause you to be banned, removing it if present is recommended and will solve this issue.
