System: Windows 11, 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H, Intel Iris Xe Graphics (32.0.101.7077)
Memory: 904 MB / 4 GB

Potential Culprits:

The mod skytils is trying to access a piece of code from a different version of the game. Make sure it is designed to run on 26.1.2
A component of the mod skytils was found directly in the error
