1. Install Fabric Loader for 1.21.11
2. Launch the game and check that it says Fabric in the bottom left of the main mc menu
3. Quit the game
4. Download Skytils, Fabric Language Kotlin, and Fabric API from modrinth
5. Put them in your mods folder (default: .minecraft/mods)
