Possible Solutions:

  • Try deleting the Essential Dependencies.jar file from your mods folder and try launch the game again.
  • A file cannot be accessed because it is being used by another process, possibly an instance of the game that got stuck in the background. Try killing all java processes in Task Manager or restarting your PC.
