@wheat cargo Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Recommendations:
Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.
Update Fabric API from 0.128.0 to 0.128.1
