Entities/NPCs not showing correctly

I am playing on 1.21.5 and just recently downloaded Skytils and now some entities are showing incorrectly, as you can see on the screenshots.
On the new island sometimes stairs are breaking entities.

As far as I know it's just when near an npc

you can see it in the hub ss where the bottom part of the villager is cut off

but yeah it also happens then but in the new island it is also when far away

As far as I know you need to be pretty close to an npc
