Currently there is no way to resize the action bar. It doesn't seem that hard to add so maybe I'll just do that when I have motivation

does it not just scroll like all the other ui elements

the skytils one works fine

but it simply uses the skytils pos to render the regular mc one at a diff location

So it only updates the x and y, but not the element scale

(scaleX and scaleY are simply the scaled x and y positions, weirdly named)
