check in .minecraft/config/skytils/guipositions.json what the x and y position for "Moveable Item Name Highlight" or whatever is @harsh grove

(while the game is off so the game doesn't override it)

yea i use modrinth and it is the correct config folder. The option I added manually got overriden (removed) after starting my game again
