press Open Mod Folder (we need this later)
Go to #Releases
Go to the latest release
Download that release (it's on the page at the bottom in the assets section the .jar)
Put that file into your mods folder we opened in step 1
Remove any old Skytils/BSMod versions in the folder from step 1

i can't remove old folder cuz of some "The action can't be complete because the file is open in Java(TM) Platform SE binary" What does that even mean

it means that your game is open likely

#

(you can open task manager and search for java and just close all of them probably)
