Seems to be caused by particles enhanced

but it broke again

this set of mods is making warping to different places lag when I get there

For that you need patcher

(which according to your log you have so maybe you have optimized world swapping disabled?)

is that a setting that needs to be enabled

also how are you guys diagnosing these logs

I think it's either a setting enabled by default or it's just always enabled when you use it idk

normal logs I can't really diagnose, but crash reports you just look for the mod that causes it

try with only optifine and patcher in your mods folder

without sba it fixed the issue

to a bearable amount

still has a bit of "packet loss" feel when I switch world
