  • Forge 11.15.1.2318 on 1.8.9 using 13 mods
  • OptiFine M5

Possible Solutions:

  • Don't extract OptiFine, just put the raw file in your mods folder.
  • Forge crashed while loading so it has automatically disabled the broken feature to try to resolve the issue. It should be fine the next time you launch the game
