All of my mods are not conflicting with each other, but i can't see the hotspots on the new update, and i would apreciate the help to find out what is causing this!

you could just remove all mods and see if it's still hidden

If it's still hidden, you didn't do the (right) quest and if it shows it's actually a mod issue
