Possible Solutions:

• Update OptiFine from L5 to M5

Recommendations:

• Your old animations mod is outdated and buggy. Consider joining Sk1er's Support Server, become a beta tester by reacting to the message in the #beta-access channel and replace your existing old animations mod with Sk1er's Old Animation mod.

• Update Patcher from 1.8.2 to 1.8.9
