you probably mean "FFFFFF" and not "FFFFF" right? (6 times F and not 5 times F)

What happens if you do 000000 (should be pure black) or FF00FF (Magenta/Purple or smth)

i dont eve know what half these mods do theyre all mianly from skyclient

try moving out all mods except optfine, patcher and skytils out of your mods folder and seeing if it works
