No but you can quite easily disable essential in /essential

#

You can probably disable auto updates there too but it has happened before that not having the latest version crashes MC on start up

I mean I think you can disable everything about essential including data collection, except cosmetics

I feel that, but not possible as long as you use Skytils

there's no way to remove essential however you can disable auto updates

#

you can manually download a single jar once on your own instead

#

you may run into issues down the line if things change but closest you'll get to no essential
