.minecraft/config/skytils/guilocations.json open it with NotePad and edit the x and y of "Crystal Hollow Map" to 0

click on the folder icon on step 2

then go to config/skytils/guilocations.json

And then see what opening the file does (and maybe send screenshot)

Oh perfect so it just works fine, then find "Crystal Hollow Map" and edit x and y from it to 0.0
