Also, does removing your texture pack(s) fix it?
Also if you have shaders, does disabling them fix it?

without a resource pack - there is still a hue
i don't use shaders, then idk ()
Uhh next question ig, is it possible for you to re-create it or does it just randomly happen?
(Or does it happen consistent enough for you to quickly find out whether a fix worked or not)

This shade appears when I launch Minecraft with Skytils

epic, idea:
close the game and go to your .minecraft/config/skytils folder and rename config.toml to like idk backup.toml
and then relaunch and see if it's tinted
