here's the exact log
[15:05:49] [Netty Client IO #3/INFO] [STDOUT]: [gg.skytils.skytilsmod.listeners.ServerPayloadInterceptor:onReceivePacket:72]: Received Hypixel packet hyevent:location
Can you send the file
I remember someone mentioning it before
https://discord.com/channels/807302538558308352/1277582383280951347
yea sounds like this
Yeah but they turned off the websocket
But according to them it happens around the hypixel mod api packet
I mean they set it to localhost which is apparently equivalent with turning it off (cause it basically instantly fails)
And this guy also did the same
Yeah but it seems like they still lag
More likely it's just bettermap
A lot of reports about mem leaks linked to that
So ig to test: try seeing if it also happens while not using Skytils
sure
@plain cobalt (bloodysucks) uploaded a log,
two seconds i may have uploaded the wrong one
it's the right one, except it only shows server sided text messages
I'll try recreate the same situation, because when I was checking live logs in prism, it showed client side logs asw
@plain cobalt (bloodysucks) uploaded a log, yeah, here's it
- OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM, version 1.8.0_412
- Forge 11.15.1.2318 on 1.8.9 using 2 mods
- OptiFine M5
Recommendations: - Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.
without skytils i didn't get any issue.
can you also test the reverse? (only skytils without other mods)
alright. just rechecking but wasn't NEU a dependency of skytils
well, i tried that. it didn't lag. turns out it's not a skytils issue but I'm very much stumped now
well, I believe it could just be ct doing it then
I tested that, and indeed it was chattriggers causing this issue, thanks for all the assistance <3
