Skytils notifications don't work with any mods messages and it's not fixable

Tho no idea why the update command doesn't work with key shortcuts, but guessing it's for the same reason

(You could probably make a key shortcut for the menu, probably like /potions or /effects and then just manually go through the pages I think)
