@ionic jetty I think you just:
/st config > Search for "Potion Duration Notifications" > Click on the Button > Click on "Add Potion" > and this is a guess, enter the effect name and the amount of ticks it should warn you before it runs out (So if you want it to warn you 5 minutes before it runs out, you put 20 ticks * 60 seconds * 5 minutes which is = 6000 ticks) > and then run /skytilsupdatepotioneffects

(I have not opened the game to confirm any of this, but iirc this is basically the idea on how to)
