#Cape on smolpeople not scaling as of 1.10.3

With smolpeople on, capes on players, be they from Optifine or Vanilla, are rendering as if for regular player models instead of scaling down to smolpeople models.
This issue has only started occuring in the past few days, therefore it might be version 1.10.3 that is causing this.

It surely worked when 1.9.8 was the current version, but downgrading to 1.9.8 doesn't fix the issue, so it is most likely another mod.
Currently testing which one causes this.

I have tried removing all other mods from the "mods" folder, and the issue persists with both 1.9.8 and 1.10.3.

Looked further back in search results for "cape" on this server.
Seems like people have been having the issue for a while, though I do remember the cape scaling down for me about a week ago still.

I have (temporarily) removed the "config" folder for fresh configs, yet the issue is still present.
Did the same with the "Essential" and "OneConfig" folders, to no avail.

Tried a fresh install with only Skytils as well.

hm, capescaling is still working fine for me last I checked, and none of the relevant code for it has been changed

I don't personally mind it too much; I can just turn off my own cape.
Still, would be cool to troubleshoot this thing down.
