Possible Solutions:

• Update Skytils to the latest version
• You'll need to update Essential to the latest version. The game should prompt you to update before the crash occurs but if not, you can download the latest version from the Essential website or Modrinth

Recommendations:

• Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 8G to 2G or 3G
• Update Notenoughupdates from 2.2.0 to 2.3.0
• Update Skytils from 1.10.0-pre8 to 1.10.0-pre9

solution was updating skytills and changing ram to 4g

4g is too low from what i cn see

at 8 i never go past it and its fine
