#Waypoints don't load on server join

I have to run /st, click Edit Waypoints and then click Save and Exit every time I want to see them. I'm currently on 1.10.0-pre4 but the issue is happening on 1.10.0-pre7 as well.

very infrequently they'll load correctly, not sure what's making this happen.

I added waypoint data on 1.8.1 before migrating to 1.10.0-pre7 for V2 waypoint import, and then this issue started only 15 minutes ago..
