Possible Solutions:

• If you're using Patcher & have started crashing recently when joining a server, you'll need to disable entity culling by going to .minecraft/config, opening the patcher.toml file and changing entity_culling = true to entity_culling = false.
  ** This is caused by a new AMD driver update that appears to be a complete rewrite of the driver. If you suffer a large performance hit after disabling entity culling, you can try downgrading your GPU driver instead**
• Update OptiFine from L5 to M5

it looks like some of your settings for neu are corrupted

also use an actual foamfix and not whatever that thing you have is?
