whenever i do a few dungeon runs it swaps my skin to a old on i use to use and its really ugly so whenever it happens i need to full quit the game for it to fix for another 3 dungeon runs

If you're not using Essential's wardrobe, I don't believe it should be related.

i think skytils is the issue becase whenever i see that error my skin goes back to my old one

Any mod with a skin changer, which is most likely Essential.

You can add skins in game and swap profiles.

Might also just be a Minecraft issue not updating your skin properly
