Use VBOS: ON
Smart Animations: ON
Render Regions: ON
Smooth FPS: OFF
Smooth World: OFF
Fast Render: OFF (for mods that need it off)
Fast Math: OFF (since this breaks things more than it helps)
/patcher > Search HUDCaching > enable it
Are these the only mods? Because I have them in my config but I often lag or my FPS isn't great. Maybe I'm not optimizing them correctly?
