• Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM, version 1.8.0_51
• Forge 11.15.1.2318 on 1.8.9
• OptiFine M6 pre2

Possible Solutions:

• You're running out of memory, allocating more ram should fix your issue. (2-4GB recommended for unmodded & lightly modded instances)

I dont think its a ram issue because its only happening when i put schematica in my mods folder @glad cradle

I could allocate more but im not sure how to with the normal minecraft launcher
