Disabling chat alerts from hypixel settings fixes this

ping sound is hypixel, see if you have the setting enabled

chattriggers might have something
sbe might
if neither of those are the issue, remove mods half at a time until you find the issue
also your sba is quite outdated, consider getting a newer version
