Why feather is bad:
..
- completely obfuscated (unreadable)
Mod devs can't fix issues since they don't know what feather does
We don't know if they're sending your information elsewhere (it's known that they send data to sketchy servers, possibly sensitive data)
..
The Solution:
Uninstall Feather.

@elder musk if it crashes on forge you need to remove the feather mods from your modfolder

Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Use patcher and optifine and use the following settings

Use VBOS: ON
Smart Animations: ON
Render Regions: ON
Smooth FPS: OFF
Smooth World: OFF
Fast Render: OFF (for mods that need it off)
Fast Math: OFF (since this breaks things more than it helps)
/patcher > Search HUDCaching > enable it
