Possible Solutions:

Remove -noverify from your JVM args.

Recommendations:

Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.

Yeah seems like you have FeatherOpt which is something we do not support whatsoever. If you're using Feather Client (which is very probable, so please let us know if you are or aren't), we will not be able to provide you support since Feather is obfuscated.
