brother im not sure what im doing wrong. with the bsmod1.9.2 file downloaded, do i then execute the file and direct it to the mods folder and thats it? is the earlytweaker file supposed to be in a folder by itself?

just drag it into your folder

and yes the earlytweaker file is supposed to be in its own folder
