funnily enough, that part of the log isn't helpful because usually no part of the log is helpful on its own

Windows: Hit Windows Key + R and type in %appdata%. Open the .minecraft folder.
Mac: On the bar at the top of your screen in Finder, click Go, then click Go to Folder and type ~/Library/Application Support/Minecraft, then hit enter.
Linux: .minecraft is located in your home folder. ~/.minecraft

Open your Minecraft folder and send the file called latest or latest.log from .minecraft/logs.

Recommendations:

• Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.
• Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 4096m to 2048M or 3072M
• CaseCommands has been superseded by Patcher, you should use it instead.
• Its recommended to use Patcher instead of NoCloseMyChat.
• MouseDelayFix has been Patcher, you should use it instead.
• MouseBindFix has been Patcher, you should use it instead.
