• Forge 11.15.1.2318 on 1.8.9
• OptiFine M6 pre2

Recommendations:

• Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 4096M to 2048M or 3072M
• PlayerAPI is unneeded since developers can use AccessTransformers instead. Mods that depend on it tend to be old and buggy, plus they usually have newer & better made alternatives.
