1. remove all your mods to desktop
   (1) does the issue persist?
   yes -> 2. upload log again
   no -> 2. add back half the mods.
   (2) does the issue persist?
   yes -> 3. halve your mod count and repeat from (2)
   no -> 3. swap to the other half and repeat from (2)

See I know what's causing this when I downloaded pre release 4.1 but when I switch the skytils to pre 3 it's not happening
