chattriggers also crashes it but thats a sepparate issue

They both use essential so I wouldn't be sure of that

Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Recommendations:

Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.
Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 1024m to 2048M or 3072M
